2024-06-06

* Fix error deleting events.
* Fix release notes URL linking to old location.
* Public assets hosted in our S3 bucket will now have the organization ID prepended before any other paths. If you programmatically read this value from the project, then you won't have to change anything. However, if you have saved the URL elsewhere, you will need to add the organization ID.
